I went to Barnes & Noble today and found the most beautiful small leather journal that I absolutely LOVED... but I didn't get it cause I don't write that much on paper anymore unless I'm writing letters, and writing a letter in a journal is... um... stupid. I have a journal that is less than half full and I haven't been writing in it. Instead, I got an Anita Blake novel and a pack of Himalayan paper and envelopes. I just wrote a quick letter to RSM.
Maybe if I start writing more in my old journal, I can reward myself with a *new* journal!

oooh.. Barnes and Noble.. *drooools* I've been known to say that if there's a heaven, mine will be a B&N.. hehe
I have even went so far as to recruit my mother-in-law up (our families live 2 hours away) JUST to watch the baby for a few hours so I can go and spend a lazy day at B&N.. I'm 23 and THAT is my idea of fun. ;-) And darn proud. hehe
I've never read Anita Blake, but I saw in your profile you like Dean Koontz- he's one of my favorites. I absolutely LOVE the Odd Thomas serious. Rarely do books make me cry, and the first Odd Thomas made me cry like you wouldn't believe. *L*

I had trouble journaling on paper too. I guess I don't seem to have that problem online and opening my journal to the whole world! That's crazy!
I love leather bound journals too, but they are just not practical for me. I already bought a beautiful leather bound calendar for next year. That is practical.
