Yes, the squirrels in the attic have chewed a hole in the ceiling. A trap has been set, but I still hear them skittering around up there. I know there's more than one, but if the maintenance guy traps one, he'll take it to Animal Control to get tested for rabies. With so many children living here (and watching the damn things chew a hole over my head!) it's a good idea to take any opportunity to make sure rabies isn't a problem here.

Squirrels in real life are no where near as cute and fuzzy as the ones in the cartoons. Sorry you have a squirrel issue. I hope that it gets solved quickly and no rabies is found!

be careful nothing dies up there...dead/dying squirrel STINKS. I know, I have one living in my nose right now (look up Phantosmia, and you'll understand a bit better!)
