One might find my lunch today a little strange. It's an omelette, which isn't that odd in itself or IHOP wouldn't have made it. It's a tossup of what's left in the fridge after our trip this past weekend, and includes: canned spiced salsa tomatoes, Thursday-fresh cut onion pieces stored with the tomatoes (they were opened last week and I put the leftovers in a Ziploc), diced garlic, onion powder, oregano, dill weed, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and spaghetti sauce on top.
So, how do you like your eggs?

I like my eggs Fried, welll done. None of this leaky yucky yolk, but just good honest fully cooked egg. No ketchup or any of that other yucky yucky stuff. Omlet's also go well, and those I get more creative with.
